Clients are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on the shipment. We do not include these fees in our shipping charges, and we do not assume liability for goods held, delayed, or seized due to unpaid duties or incorrect documentation.

• All services must be paid in full before shipment.
• We do not accept payment on delivery (POD). Orders will not be processed or dispatched without confirmation of payment.
